forgot lunch. everyone is leaving office for camping trip plus not too much work so i go home and kick cookass lunch (that was an awesome typo, and I am gonna leave it):
chicken with homemade pesto = smash up some walnuts (ants got into the pinenuts, that’s okay), mix withi 1 tsp lemon juice, 1/4 c olive oil, 1/4 cup basil paste, salt and pepper, 1/8 c parmesan; heat pan on med-high wtih pam, add minced garlic, then coat chicken in pesto mixture, cook 8 min on each side with onions. mmmmmm serve over salad with balsamic vingarette. seriously, if you love pesto, try this… best i have ever had and i am a pesto SNOB!
